The article deals with the forming of the pupils' willingness to the professional self-determination in modern conditions. The professional self-determination requires the usage of new approaches and technologies. The effectiveness of the professional self-determination is provided by well-timed and technologically correct pedagogical support.
The article is devoted to the problem of alienation of junior students in the field of subjective satisfaction with the quality of educational services. Consideration of the main provisions, consequences and factors of alienation, as well as the role of motivation in the system of relations "teacher – student". Ways to solve the problem are proposed.
The acquaintance of schoolchildren with the difficulties of their preferred professions is considered as one of the conditions for a well-grounded professional self-determination. The results of a questionnaire survey of workers traditional for the north of the Tyumen region and modern professions are presented. The crisis periods of personal professional development and the reasons for changing the profession are outlined. The main emphasis is placed on the analysis of the comparative results of the survey of the adult population (men/women) at different stages of age development.
