The article is devoted to the consideration of grant activity as an innovative educational technology aimed at developing project subjectivity and socio-entrepreneurial thinking in young people. Based on the analysis of theoretical approaches to understanding the phenomena of project subjectivity and socio-entrepreneurial thinking, the role of the grant mechanism in enhancing the personal and professional development of the younger generation is substantiated. A statistical analysis of the dynamics of grant support for youth projects in the Russian Federation for 2023–2025 is presented, as well as specific examples of the implementation of grant initiatives in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The empirical base of the study includes data from Rosmolodezh, the Presidential Grants Fund, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, as well as regional statistics on the Republic of Bashkortostan. It is concluded that the inclusion of grant activities in the educational process contributes to the formation of project management skills, financial literacy, social responsibility and entrepreneurial initiative among young people.
