In the process of social practice, we developed a literary quest. This development is well applicable for secondary school students. The goal of the quest is to broaden the horizons of schoolchildren and cultivate a love of liter-ature. The concept of the quest was based on several stations, during which the student can make his choice and come to a certain ending. This game is implemented through the selection of various archetypes, which the partici-pants act as.
The article examines educational web quests as a didactic tool: a definition of quests and web quests is given, and the possibility of their use in the educational process is considered.
