The article is devoted to the improvement of the system of recruitment, as hiring a new employee, and in intra movement of staff. The focus is on the definition of criteria for the selection, formulation content competencies that are necessary for the success of the employee in a particular position (job). We consider the problems in the area to build skills and education as a "provider" of skills and the real sector of the economy as a "consumer" of personnel.
In this article aspects of influence of totalitarian sects on consciousness of the personality are traced. The essence of such concepts as "totalitarian sects", "destructive sects" and "sects of the murderer" reveals. Types of sects on the level of danger to society are lit. Consequences of influence of recruiters on the personality and his consciousness both the certain person, and his families in general are shown.
The article discusses the theoretical foundations of interaction between the guardianship and trusteeship authorities and the authorities responsible for state security. It is noted that the role of guardianship and trusteeship authorities is increasing due to the terrorist threat in the world and geopolitical tension.
