The author notes that such structural components of self-control as planning, modeling, programming, estimation of results, flexibility (ability to correction), independence are surely included in sports activity: from training to competitive processes, including the plan of control of the athlete for competitive activity. Theoretical prerequisites of a research of style features of self-control of behavior at the teenagers doing team sports, according to the author, are concluded in specifics of team sports (first of all, degrees of personal responsibility of the athlete for efficiency of his activity and results of all team) and the nature of teenage age, sensitive for self-control development.

Based on the theoretical analysis of works of domestic and foreign authors on this issue and the empirical data of the study, the content characteristics of the structural components of subjective well-being are determined, the interrelations of emotional, cognitive and behavioral components are revealed, which confirm the conditioning of well-being from the significance of these relationships. An empirical research of the characteristics of subjective well-being supplements the existing ideas about the dynamics of developments and the conditions for maintaining the studied psychological phenomenon in adolescence.
