The author considers the basic economic problems of health protection in the Krasnodar region. The author systematizes and classifies the specific aspects of legal regulation for the certain categories of employees that are currently in force in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and suggests possible additions to section XII of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation due to the changes of socio-economic situation.
