On the basis of econometric modeling, the author determines the dependence of GDP growth on changes in some of the most significant factors, innovation-oriented human capital is among them. The obtained dependence allows to establish the relationship between GDP and the major factors group, to evaluate the degree of their influence on GDP, and to determine the type of economic growth.
The development of regression models for estimating monthly global solar radiation in the eastern regions of the Far North and the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation was carried out. The deviation of the model estimates of the annual global solar radiation does not exceed 10% for the Arctic zone and 8% for the regions of the Far North. The accuracy of regression model estimates was compared with the data from the ERA5, SYN1Deg databases in Oymyakon and Yakutsk. A regression model based on the support vector machine has been developed to estimate the daily global solar radiation. The results of model validation based on meteorological data of Oymyakon and Yakutsk are presented.
