This article examines the profitability of investments in safety systems for LLC «Technological Transport Management and Special Equipment,» which operates specialized vehicles. The study evaluates direct and indirect costs associated with accidents, downtime, and low employee qualifications, as well as the effectiveness of implementing digital technologies (IoT, artificial intelligence), training programs, and cybersecurity systems. Using Cost-Benefit Analysis and ROI calculations, the research demonstrates that initial safety investments break even within 1.5 years and generate a 64 million RUB profit over four years. The study emphasizes the importance of combining technological solutions, safety-oriented corporate culture, and public-private partnerships to reduce risks and enhance the competitiveness of the organization.
