This article examines the role of value-activity technology in teaching the work of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin. The problems that arise when students perceive the poet's works are discussed, in particular, low motivation to analyze his work, which is often perceived as difficult and uninteresting. New teaching methods are proposed aimed at generating interest among students and overcoming language barriers, which makes it possible to more effectively assess Pushkin's contribution to the development of the Russian literary language.
The article is devoted to the issue of actualizing the connecting role of the Russian literary language as the language of cultural and civilizational communication at the time of the formation of a multipolar world based on the foundation of a national spiritual tradition that opposes the globalist encroachments of the West on the historical memory of peoples and an attempt to dehumanize them under the slogan of following the so-called universal values.
The society of any historical period was aware of the need to accumulate, preserve and multiply various values that reflected the development of a particular era. The Russian language is an integral part of Russia's national and cultural heritage. Its role goes far beyond a simple means of communication, becoming an important element of cultural, educational and economic development. State and public support for the Russian language is necessary to preserve and promote its value and significance for future generations.
