The article examines the history of the development of inclusive tourism in Russia, where special attention is paid to research, as well as the legislative framework. The features of inclusive tourism are noted, which affects both the quality of life and the social well-being of tourists with disabilities. Modern digital services as inclusive projects are highlighted. The problems limiting the development of inclusive tourism as an important sector of the economy have been studied in detail. It is emphasized that it is the support of the state that plays a huge role in the development of inclusive tourism.
