The article describes the SACERS (School-Age Care Environment Rating Scale) as a tool for monitoring and developing the conditions and resources of the educational organization. The authors present the results of discussions of the model for the development of the conditions for the implementation of the educational program for primary and general education using the international SACERS scale. They describe the conditions for implementing the educational program and correlate them with international experience, analyze the strong and weak points of the model development, opportunities and risks of its use.

The paper presents an analysis of the state of the agricultural industry in one of the municipal districts of the Krasnodar Territory. The dynamics of production and sales of crop and livestock products are considered, the results of a factor analysis of changes in gross yields of main agricultural crops, as well as financial results from their sales, are presented. The results of SWOT analysis as one of the tools for industry analysis are pre-sented. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn based on the results of the study.
It is sometimes believed that it is easier to start a business in a large city. There is high demand, many opportunities, suppliers, excellent logistics. Small and medium-sized cities seem unpromising for business development. In fact, there are no less opportunities for opening it here than in the metropolis. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the prospects of small busi-nesses in small towns.
