The concept of a complex interactive educational courses technical disciplines in the main areas of preparation of students, allowing to make learning with interdisciplinary competence-based approach, and make the selection of talented youth technical universities and its involvement in the scientific-technical and production process.

In this paper, the system approach reveals design stages of teaching academic drawing in preparation designers. For testing the developed system, a program management, identifies conditions, compliance with which will allow to successfully implement a system developed in the practice of design education.

This work is devoted to the use of a systematic approach to the development of academic discipline programs in order to form the professional competencies of a modern pilot. It is shown that one of the main approaches to pilot training is a systematic approach. The concept of «pedagogical system» is analyzed.
