The problem of improving the quality of educational services in the educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education through the creation and development of information and communication competence of teachers and trainers in the training courses.

The space of any school is an exclusive educational environment made by the teaching staff for such purposes as global students’ development, improvement of the quality of education in different subjects and creating personalities. Exclusive educational environment of the school number 174 of the Central District of St. Petersburg was being created by the teaching staff of the school for many years and was completely formed after the overhaul in 2011. Now it allows carrying out the educational process in unique environment.
