There is the boom of building conceptual hotels in the world. The author views the various non-standard means of accommodation, occurred in tourism. Non-standard hotels exist due to tourists’ new impressions aspiration and sometimes can depend on specifity of single types of tourism and conditions of the con-crete touristic destination. The experience of non-standard accommodation is effective to the towns and regions, which have many historic memorials.

The article considers the main stages of the decision making concerning a tourist product purchase. The author determines groups of tourists according to their classification and their wishes. The main factors influencing the consumer are presented. She also considers the main barriers to travelling. To improve the marketing of tourism services it is necessary to conduct a study of tourism services consumers.
