Youth travel is considered one of the most promising types of tourism around the world, and youth is the driving force in the recovery of the tourism market during a pandemic. The article examines the global trends in youth travel during a pandemic in terms of opportunities for the development of youth travel in Russia.
The article offers tasks on functional literacy on the topic "The Mariinsky water system". It was not by chance that we chose this topic, since our Ascension (the place where we live) was formed in the middle of the XIX century on the site of the Voznesensky churchyard and the village of Svirskoye Estuary in connection with the construction of the Mariinsky water system. The tasks are intended primarily for students of the sixth and seventh grades. The answers to the tasks are presented at the end of the article.
In this article we will talk about the most striking events of the era of Great Geographical Discoveries, using tasks for the formation of functional literacy. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a collective discussion, interact with each other and with the teacher; make reasoned conclusions about the causes and prerequisites of the beginning of the Era of Great Geographical Discoveries, expeditions that influenced the formation of people's ideas about the Earth.
