The formation of multilingual personality is an urgent task for the modern higher education system. The article examines the process of developing students' ability to fluently master several languages and effectively operate in a multilingual environment. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of educational work and the introduction of innovative teaching methods aimed at enhancing the quality of personnel training with a high level of communicative competence.
The article examines some aspects of the problem of the educational potential of the family in the context of significant changes in the socio-cultural environment, the structure of family relations, as well as new traditions and values. The family is presented as a social institution on the path of evolutionary development. The article defines some functions of the modern family, which is going through a transitional stage from outdated behaviors and moral attitudes to more relevant ones, taking into account modern changes in society. Relationships within the family are also undergoing transformation, moving from traditional forms to new ones. Parents and the family as a whole are defined as a unique phenomenon that affects individuals and society in the context of ensuring the reproduction of the next generations.
This paper examines Dmitry Mendeleev's statement about the importance of a quality teaching corps for the development of science and society in Russia. It discusses the role of teachers in shaping future generations. Teachers serve as a link between knowledge and students; their professionalism and dedication determine the quality of the educational process. The work analyzes contemporary challenges in the education system, the significance of qualified educators, and their impact on scientific achievements and the cultural development of the country. It raises questions about teacher training, the implementation of innovative teaching methods, and enhancing the status of the teaching profession. In conclusion, it emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach to the educational system, where the teacher occupies a central position in training specialists for various fields.
Nowdays our school system is getting over a real reformation. Students don’t want to learn the old school way. Teachers are hard to change for the better way of teaching. Parents have to be teacher’s assistants in students’ upbringing. Unfortunately school is loosing its first upbringing position in it. The most part of students don’t want to get knowledge.
