Small business, today, is a tool for the development of market economy. In light of this, is an issue about the ways and means of financing this category of business. The Valuation of a business is an effective tool allowing to use the cost approach in the management of the company. In the framework of implementing the methods of the cost approach in the management of the business, assess the effectiveness of business restructuring, managerial decision-making on the sale of assets in the event of crisis phenomena in the economy of the country should use the tools of the theory of fuzzy sets.
