The article deals with the formation of a healthy lifestyle of students of Don SAU. The content and the specific sports activity can reveal many issues of a healthy lifestyle not only for information, but also from an emotional point of view of the students. In the process of physical training and sports the special role of the teacher becomes a personal installation not only saving the health and safety of students, but also to develop their aspirations, needs and abilities.

The article presents the history of volleyball in Don GAU, methods of teaching individual technical and tactical actions and exercises designed control standards (test) assessment of the current progress of the students to evaluate the set-off.
