Physical education at higher educational institution is particularly significant part of the educational process, which has a positive impact on overall health of a student. The paper discusses the impact of physical exercises (volleyball) on development of physical qualities. The improvement of ways and methods of volleyball playing and exercises aimed at the development of physical qualities are the topical issue now. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is the review of exercises, execution of which help to prepare for volleyball playing, and thereby affect the physical quality of students.
The article presents a technique that contributes to improving the accuracy of the ball in volleyball. Volleyball is a basic sport in the program of schoolchildren, but most often students are not taught tactical moments of the game. The outcome of the game as a whole depends on the pitch and accuracy plays a big role in this. In the learning process, it is important to devote time to its development, because this way students will be able to show their personal qualities and realize themselves in the game without the participation of other players. After analyzing the scientific literature, the author of the article proposed a special set of exercises that improves the accuracy of the presentation of schoolchildren. The effectiveness of the proposed complex has been proven on the basis of tests that reveal the level of accuracy of the ball.
The article presents the results of the effect of exercises on the technique and efficiency of players. More specifically, these exercises are a full-fledged training complex, in volleyball. Exercises together affect both the reception and transmission of the ball, and the striking technique, jumping technique, and even affect physical fitness, namely endurance and speed.
