The need to take into account the modern environment realities of many economy sectors functioning, requiring the ability to work in the digital environment, makes relevant the research aimed at identifying the motivation of future graduates in the implementation of innovative educational technologies in the educational process. In this regard, the purpose of this study is the identification of motivational factors for students to use innovative educational technologies in the learning process independently. The leading method for investigating this problem is the method of aggregate estimates, based on the compilation of the Likert scale used to determine the student’s social attitudes towards the posed problem. The study required the use of a whole range of methods, such as observation, polling, drawing up the Likert scale, calculating Spearman’s rank correlation coefficients, etc. According to the results of the students’ questionnaire survey, the authors study the factors that allow identifying students' motivation to use innovative technologies in the educational process, providing for independent work based on them. In the conditions of general digitalization of the economy, which will influence the future professional activities of current students, it is necessary to take into account the paradigm of the new technological order and get ready for it. In this regard, the formation, retention and development of students’ motivation is a new strategy that must be implemented in the educational process. However, the introduction of innovations in education should not exclude, in the opinion of students, the participation of a teacher in the educational process, which was also noted during the study. Thus, according to the results of a study based on the use of the Likert scale, the formation of motivational factors revealed a close relationship between the use of innovative educational technologies in the educational process and increasing students' interest in the educational process aimed at obtaining the necessary knowledge that can provide their adaptation to the demands of the modern economy.
