The article discusses the most important foundations of the methodology for studying sociopolitical cycles in Russian history, and presents indicators of their crisis and harmonious phases. The author identifies the features of the Russian socio type, on the basis of which the peculiarities of interaction between the state and society are considered. There shown chronological framework of sociopolitical cycles in the history of Russia from the XIII to the beginning of the XXI century.

The article discussed the main factors of the German community in Armavir Kuban region, the features of the folding of the German ethnic and cultural groups in a moderately developed industrial center. The article discussed the factors that sent the migration of Germans in the region of Armavir and the dynamics of growth in their numbers. Special attention was paid to the role of the Lutheran house of worship in Armavir, as an important factor for consolidating the Germans.
