The paper deals with the actual issues of the development of informational and communicative competency of specialists in preschool education. The author analyzes the modern scholars' opinions on the identified problem and the essence of the concept of the informational and communicative competency of the individual.

The paper deals with the problem of influence of computer-assisted advertisement on becoming of a child’s personality in preschool age. Scientistific modern views on peculiarity of receiving screen images and advertisement, transformation of child’s world imagination have been analysed.
