This article is devoted to the experience of working in the innovative children's studio "Get children". This article devotes to the working process of the English language teacher of this studio. This work develops various competencies of a young teacher. The teacher manifests such qualities as responsibility, communication skills, organizational and teaching abilities. Also, the article refers to various technologies when teaching English and selecting material according to the age and individual characteristics of the student.

This article helps to visually study the implementation of social networks in the educational process. Examples of blended learning are considered.
