The work "Using art therapy as a means of correcting anxiety in children with autism spectrum disorders" sheds light on the problems of fear in children with ASD, as well as effective ways to combat them. In Russian and foreign pedagogy and psychology, there is a lot of experience in solving the problems discussed in the article, which we have studied and summarized. The main advantage of art therapy is considered non-verbal interaction, during which an emphasis is placed on creativity, creative self-expression, since we know that children with ASD have difficulty verbally expressing their strong feelings.
The article discusses the technique of blotting as one of the possible tools for correcting attention in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The theoretical prerequisites for the use of art therapy techniques in working with preschoolers with special educational needs are identified and the conditions for the effective use of blotting in correctional and developmental practice are described. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the mechanism of development of voluntary attention in children with ASD during visual activity. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn about the role of blotting as one of the approaches to individualized attention correction in the framework of comprehensive care for children with ASD.
The article addresses the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for preschoolers with mental retardation (MR) in three preschool educational institutions in Kazan. The study involved 24 children diagnosed with MR, who underwent three diagnostic assessments. Based on the initial diagnostics, a specialized correctional program comprising 16 sessions over three months was developed and implemented for 12 children (experimental group). Analysis of the developmental dynamics revealed significantly greater progress in the experimental group compared to the control group, confirming the effectiveness of comprehensive psychological and pedagogical support. The research findings can be utilized by practicing psychologists and special educators to optimize correctional work with preschool children with MR, as well as in the development of individualized educational pathways.
