The article reflects the results of the study of voluntary attention of senior preschool age children with general underdevelopment of speech. The authors discuss the issue of using the obtained results in organizing speech therapy correctional work to increase the level of such attention features development as volume, productivity, stability, concentration for further successful education of children in school.
The article deals with the problem of the development of voluntary attention in preschool children in play activities. The main features of the development of mental development in preschoolers, characteristics and types of attention, methods of developing attention and their successful relationships in the educational process of a preschool educational institution are determined and considered. The results of research work in the development of voluntary attention through didactic games in middle-aged preschoolers have been identified and analyzed. The paper indicates the necessary conditions for the successful development of voluntary attention and presents recommendations for professional training specialists working in educational institutions.

The article discusses the technique of blotting as one of the possible tools for correcting attention in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The theoretical prerequisites for the use of art therapy techniques in working with preschoolers with special educational needs are identified and the conditions for the effective use of blotting in correctional and developmental practice are described. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the mechanism of development of voluntary attention in children with ASD during visual activity. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn about the role of blotting as one of the approaches to individualized attention correction in the framework of comprehensive care for children with ASD.
