The article is devoted to the development of students' creative thinking through interactive methods of training professional work in the classroom for discipline "Materials". Presents: the experience of using brainstorming techniques, case-method, crossword, creative-fight and cinquain; results of the survey the level of creativity of future specialists.

The paper considers the problem of divergent thinking formation among senior teenagers in the process of solving creative problems.
