The paper deals with the problems of state regulation of economy in transitional period. The basic methods and forms of financial and credit regulation, as well as targeted structural, investment, social policy are analised. The author presents the mechanism of interaction between government and business with the aim of obtaining optimal results in formation and development of market economy and business.

The article proposes a model for implementing a quality management mechanism at an enterprise, describes the stages of its development and implementation. The authors outline the theoretical foundations that were taken into account in the process of forming this mechanism: a “quality loop” containing the product or service life cycle, the structure of quality management system and its functions, as well as a list of instruments that contribute to ensuring the functioning of quality management systems.

The article is devoted to the study of the formation of prices for agricultural products. The mechanism of pricing, as well as the main factors affecting it. The main drawback of the pricing mechanism, namely the disparity of prices, is highlighted. The paper presents the main methods of pricing in agriculture: the method of allowances; method of income on capital; method of consumer margins; method of exchange quotations; method of following the leader.
