The article analyzes the characteristic properties of electronic forms of textbooks (EFU) of the Russian language, mathematics, surrounding the world for primary school, presented on one of the Russian educational platforms. Methods are proposed to determine numerical characteristics of quantitative and qualitative levels of interactivity and multimedia of EFU. The quality level of interactivity depends on the level of interaction of the user with the content presented in the EFU elements. The qualitative level of multimedia is due to the variety of forms used for visual and auditory perception. The proposed numerical indicators are obtained for the analyzed textbooks.
