The article discusses and analyzes the most common and effective methods for evaluating the performance of personnel who, for one reason or another (primarily due to the current epidemiological situation caused by COVID-19), are forced to work remotely, usually in most cases gaining access to all elements of their usual workplace and functions at home. Managers and leading specialists whose employees were forced to switch to a remote work format are implementing new key performance indicators (KPIs) that are most suitable for the remote work format in parallel with the classic assessment methods.
