A method of transition to process management agricultural technologies. The technique is to develop a phased implementation of action process approach, the overall goal of decomposition on the objectives of each stage and the selection of methodological tools. Marked features of process management, in this case, the process approach has found the combination of the principles of the system analysis and system-structural method. The combination of functional and process approaches in the management of the agricultural organization will make it possible to safely move process management and positive impact on organizational performance in the medium term.
A scientific article is devoted to the analysis of the basic principles of constructing a system of key performance indicators in enterprises of the technology development industry. The main advantages of the KPI system and the criteria by which it is formed are listed, some examples of the use of the KPI system in IT companies for managing the efficiency of labor activity of personnel are given.
The article discusses and analyzes the most common and effective methods for evaluating the performance of personnel who, for one reason or another (primarily due to the current epidemiological situation caused by COVID-19), are forced to work remotely, usually in most cases gaining access to all elements of their usual workplace and functions at home.
Managers and leading specialists whose employees were forced to switch to a remote work format are implementing new key performance indicators (KPIs) that are most suitable for the remote work format in parallel with the classic assessment methods.
