The contribution of the scientific school of professor Anisimova TS is investigated in the article. in revealing new objective laws necessary for improving the quality of education and minimizing negative phenomena, in the development of a new branch of pedagogy: anticyclative pedagogy. Studies conducted at the school are interesting not only for Russian education, but also for systems built on tests, where the number of control activities increases and confidence in the teacher decreases. The article presents new data on the influence of regularities on the processes in education, on the improvement of the quality of the teacher's work.

The article analyzes the results of research into the problem of implementing an effective contract in the practice of assessing the quality of the activities of scientific and pedagogical workers of a particular institution, namely the impact of an effective contract on the final results of the work of the faculty. The author points out that there is no influence of an effective contract on motivation to increase the professionalism of teachers.
