This article deals with the problem of conceptual uncertainty of the psychological phenomenon "infantilism". The relevance of the research is confirmed by the data of scientometric and bibliographic analysis. The question of the concept of "infantilism" is considered by analyzing dictionary entries of encyclopedias and psychological dictionaries; qualitative analysis of modern psychological research. Thus, the article clarifies the concept of the phenomenon under study on the basis of works over the past five years that reflect modern social and psychological problems.
The article considers a number of approaches to the quality management of education. The TQM educational quality management system is revealed, and a modified approach based on psychodrama is proposed. According to the authors, modern approaches to the management of the quality of education form a solid basis for the formation of modern educational goals and guidelines, and cause the need for in-depth research, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic of the article, as well as confirms its theoretical significance.
