The article is devoted to the quality of education. Exploring the sources of scientific and practice of quality management education in educational standards, the authors came to the conclusion that at the present time, researchers have focused mainly on the positive effects and do not consider the risks, the possibility of negative developments, the need for detection and minimization.

The author believes that the main mean of achieving educational outcomes is the right choice of educational tasks. They should encourage students to carry out actions that contribute to the formation of necessary skills.
