The conditions of clarity in the rhetorical discourse are analyzed in the article; parts of the rhetorical argumentation are found out; main methods of training in creation of persuasive speech are proposed too.

The article reveals the importance of the formation of argumentative statements in preschool children. Based on the analysis of educational programs of pre-school education are allocated and characterized ar-gumentative skills available for the formation of preschool children in the conditions of preschool educa-tional organizations.
