The author examines the specifics of fraud qualification committed with the use of computer facilities and telecommunication technologies. He analyzes the law enforcement practice in the qualification of frauds for special offenses, identifies signs in the presence of which there is a basis for the qualification of a criminal act on the grounds of the offense under Art. 159.6 of the Criminal Code.
