The article deals with the problem of developing creative imagination in preschool children, its features, and the influence of games on the development of creative imagination in preschool children. The author identified the initial level of creative imagination in preschool children during the game and proposed a system of direct educational activities (NOD)for the development of children's creative imagination in a preschool organization.
This article describes the conditions for the development of creative imagination. The stages of the development of the imagination of preschool children from birth to seven years are highlighted. The article reflects the laws of the development of creative imagination, according to which new fantasy images are formed in children.
The article deals with the problem of developing creative imagination in elementary school students. As a result of the study, it was revealed that classes in drawing, appliqué and modeling contribute to the formation of artistic thinking, creative imagination and memory of the child. Consequently, the effectiveness of the formation of children's fantasy is subject to the use of elements of arts and crafts in educational work.
The article is aimed at studying the influence of works of art, which are one of the most important sources of comprehensive development of the personality of a primary school age and pay great attention to the development and replenishment of the inner world of a primary school agewithinformation.

The article is devoted to experimental work to identify the initial level of development of the creative imagination of fourth graders in extracurricular activities. The theoretical basis for the research was the works and practical experience of the authors in the field of pedagogy and psychology. The paper presents a brief description of creative imagination, its features in children of primary school age; indicates the criteria for the development of creative imagination and describes the diagnosis of the initial level of development of the creative imagination of fourth graders.
