Article is devoted to some elements of the criminalistic characteristic of crimes made by cellular and mobile communication. Ways of commission of the specified category of crimes are considered.

This article examines the psychological characteristics of the criminal. The author examines the influence of factors such as the social environment, mental state and personal characteristics on the formation of criminal behavior. Also, using a specific example, the importance of negative events that can cause triggers to become a lever for committing crimes is considered. The research problem is the development of effective strategies for early detection and prevention of criminal behavior based on psychological criteria. The result is a description of the typical features of the criminal, identification of the main motives that encourage criminals to commit offenses.
