The article reveals such problems as interaction of customs services of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union when legal entities are brought to administrative responsibility for offenses in the sphere of customs.
The article deals with issues related to the specifics of customs regulation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the current circumstances, a number of key changes were made to the supranational legislation of the EAEU, as well as to the national legislation of the Russian Federation. The measures taken in the field of customs regulation mainly included tariff regulation measures, as well as a number of non-tariff regulation measures aimed at restricting the export of a number of goods outside the customs territory of the EAEU.
The article analyzes the content and conditions of placing goods under the customs procedure of customs transit. The author notes that a feature of the customs procedure of customs transit is that it often extends its effect to several states and this determines its significance on world trade and the need for legal regulation at the international level.
