The relevance of the problem under study lies in the fact that the formation of the information culture among schoolchildren is a key task of modern education. Modern means of the digital educational environment (DEE) should be used to solve this task. The purpose of the study is to prove the effectiveness of the DEE funds use in the educational process of a secondary school for the formation of information culture of students. The research methods were: theoretical analysis of psychological, pedagogical, methodological literature on various aspects of the research problem, analysis of the content of normative legal documents, generalization of pedagogical experience, pedagogical experiment, testing and questionnaires, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the empirical research results, data processing using methods of mathematical statistics. Theoretical significance: the essence and structure of the student’s information culture are defined as a dynamic integrative characteristic of the student's personality, possessing motivational and value orientations, moral and ethical responsibility, reflexive and evaluative skills, capable of information activities to perform educational tasks in digital educational environment. Practical significance: diagnostic tools have been developed and applied, including a combination of valid methods that allow assessing the level of the formed information culture of schoolchildren by means of DEE within the framework of the identified components (motivational-value, information-activity, moral-ethical, reflexive-evaluative). The homogeneity of the groups, as well as the effectiveness of the formation of the information culture among students was confirmed using the statistical method of processing research data. Novelty: the following DEE didactic tools have been implemented: digital educational resource, online excursions, digital books, educational mobile computer games, animated films, school television, school messenger channel, mobile application for self-development. The positive dynamics of the formation of the information culture among schoolchildren in experimental groups has been obtained. The presented didactic means of DEE can be used for the formation of the information culture of schoolchildren by teachers of secondary schools.

The vocational education system is going through a period of dynamic development. The implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard for vocational education is associated with the adoption of a competence-based approach, in accordance with which acquiring competences becomes the main criterion for assessing the preparedness of graduates. The introduction of digital technologies into all areas of work dictates the need to find new approaches to training specialists who are ready to work using digital technologies and equipment. The relevance of the research topic from the perspective of the development of pedagogical science and solving practical problems of education is determined by working out an effective model for developing the readiness of student veterinarians for professional activities in modern conditions, identifying criteria and levels of its formation. The aim of the work is to develop a model for forming the readiness of veterinary students for professional activities in the conditions of digital transformation of agricultural education. Systemic, activity-based and competency-based approaches form the methodological basis of the research. The key idea of the author's model is that the process of forming readiness for professional activity should correspond to the logic of the development of the proposed criteria. Students move from reproductive to partially productive, and then to a productive level in the process of professional training. This transition is possible in the context of dual training, which allows using modern digital veterinary equipment, for example, to solve educational situational tasks that duplicate the professional functions of veterinarians when working in clinics and enterprises. The theoretical significance of the article lies in enriching ideas about the content and technologies used in the training of future veterinarians in the context of digital transformation. The results of the study expand the understanding of modern models for formation of students' readiness for professional activity in college. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of online courses in the field of veterinary medicine, implemented on the platform “Digital College of the Moscow Region”, used in the educational process of the Volokolamsk Agrarian College “Kholmogorka”. The scientific novelty of the study lies in updating ideas about the professional readiness of future veterinarians, taking into account the digital transformation of agricultural education, highlighting the composition and structure of criteria, as well as the conditions for this readiness’ formation.

Digitalization, which has a significant impact on all spheres of life in modern economic society, dictates new requirements to higher education system for a level of training of specialists in the engineering and industrial sector. An urgent need to update existing training models leads to the search for effective educational technologies to develop digital competences in future graduates of technical universities that meet modern realities. One of these technologies is blended learning, which involves the joint use of online and offline learning formats. The article analyzes the concept of “blended learning” and outlines the significance of this educational technology from the point of view of an interdisciplinary approach to the implementation of modern information and mathematical training of future engineering and technical specialists. The importance of mutual integration of knowledge at the level of fundamental technical sciences, information and communication technologies (ICT) is substantiated by the example of the integration of disciplines of the information and mathematical cycle. At the same time, a special role of information and mathematical modeling is emphasized as a system-forming factor in the integration of knowledge in the disciplines under consideration. The aim of the work is to identify the methodological potential for using blended learning technologies in engineering education when implementing interdisciplinary integration in teaching disciplines of the information and mathematical cycle. The study used the general scientific dialectical method, theoretical and methodological analysis and generalization of the content of mathematical, informational, pedagogical, methodological, scientific and technical literature in the field of foreign and domestic engineering education. Using the example of building a machine learning model, one of the important stages of exploratory data analysis is illustrated – identifying outliers and their processing by means of a modern digital technology stack (Python programming language, Pandas and Seaborn libraries). The novelty of this research lies in the expansion of the scientific and methodological apparatus for enhancing student activity in order to develop relevant digital competences through the introduction of blended learning technologies in the educational process when implementing interdisciplinary integration in teaching information and mathematical disciplines. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the development of methodological recommendations for the use of blended learning tools in the implementation of information and mathematical training for students of engineering specialties at universities, the identification and justification of the main advantages of introducing blended learning technologies into the educational process of a technical university, as well as the designation of their role in improving the quality of education and training engineering personnel for the digital economy. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the proposed methodological techniques for introducing blended learning technologies can be used by the teaching staff of information and mathematics departments of technical universities in their scientific, methodological and practical work in the context of digital transformation of education.
