The article studies some aspects of government support for business and small business problems that should be eliminated in order to achieve sustainable economic development. It is proved that small business has a significant potential to become an economic power with the government support.
The paper presents and analyzes the theory of generations developed by the American scientists N. Howe and W. Strauss, which is based on the opinion of the repeated patterns of behavior of four types of generations in the corresponding cycles of Anglo-American history. Special attention is given to the possibilities of its application in relation to the Millennial generations and its influence on the development trends of the national economy, in particular, youth entrepreneurship in Russia on the example of Tula region.
The article deals with the issues of social entrepreneurship in Russia, the problems of the formation of this direction, the classification of social entrepreneurship, its economic component, the scope of its interaction, sources of financing and ways of improvement in our country.
The research shows the problems of entrepreneurship in Russia and the ways of their solution. Numerous legal, organizational, bureaucratic, political, economic and cultural obstacles stand in the way of effective business activity, which is primarily connected with constant processes of social development. In order to prevent and solve these problems, the main directions of entrepreneurship development using modern innovative technologies have been identified.
The article provides an analysis of the development of small business in Russia in recent years, as well as measures of state support for small enterprises implemented by the state. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of financial support for small enterprises and an assessment of their effectiveness is given.
