The purpose of the article is to analyze the process of formation of ethnic self-awareness of junior schoolchildren in the process of educational work of the class teacher. A description of the content of the educational work of the primary school class teacher in practice is presented.
The article presents the results of a comparative socio-psychological study of the relationship between social identity and attitudes towards integration processes in the EAEU among youth from Russia and Belarus (N = 1000). A comprehensive methodological approach was used, including an original questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. Statistically significant differences in identity structure and integration attitudes were identified. Civic and professional identities were found to be key predictors of positive attitudes towards integration, while ethnic identity showed ambiguous influence. A theoretical model of the relationship between identity and integration attitudes has been developed, with practical significance for implementing youth policy in the Union State.
