The technological revolution, space exploration, and uncontrolled use of natural resources lead to consequences that may become irreversible for humanity. If the government of each country takes measures to ensure the safety of the population and prevent certain disasters that can be predicted in advance, then disasters will occur less often. At least, the number of negative consequences, human casualties and material losses will be much less.
The article discusses the issue of the scientific validity of ideas about the ecological crisis on Earth. It is concluded that the anthropogenic load on nature should, of course, be controlled, but the desire to describe one of the global problems in a catastrophic perspective seems to be a mythological interpretation that has certain political and economic goals.
The article deals with the shortage of fresh water on the continent of Africa. The principles of solving water extraction in the countries of the hot continent are outlined. The problems associated with water scarcity in arid regions are considered. The purpose of this article is to find ways to rationally solve the situation and highlight innovative methods to find a way out of this situation.
