The Article is devoted to consideration of the possibilities and methodological principles of social and man-agerial process modeling intensification of innovative activity of the modern Russian industrial enterprises. The author reveals the basis of the innovation system form a connection of three independent subjects (science, production, state). System elements acquire significance only for the presence of certain kinds of relations with other elements. Today the state is progressively becoming an important partner in the sphere of innovative activity.
