The article discusses the specifics of the psychologist's participation in the interrogation of a minor accused. The role of a psychologist in the interrogation of a minor is particularly emphasized, since it is he who helps to build the most effective dialogue between the investigator and the teenager.
In this article, I have considered the most general issues related to the establishment of traces of blood at the crime scene. The purpose of this work is to theoretically and practically introduce the reader to the course of the work of an investigator, a forensic physician when working with traces of blood at the crime scene.

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of professional deformation of the investigator under the influence of the features of his activity. The special significance of this question lies in the fact that the investigator, like any other official of a State body, is the person called upon to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens. Professional distortion leads to a simplistic approach to the investigator and a rather loose interpretation of the principles of criminal law and procedure. The purpose of this article is to study the causes of professional deformation of the investigator, its forms, stages, prevention and methods of elimination. The au-thor concludes that there are a number of reasons leading to professional deformation of the investigator and the need to carry out systematic work to eliminate them.
The judicial investigator is considered as one of the main institutions of the Judicial reform of 1864. The distinction between the concepts of «judicial investigator» and «investigating judge» is carried out. The conclusion is justified that it would not be advisable to introduce into modern criminal proceedings the institution of an investigating judge, with the power to supervise the preliminary investigation.
