This article investigates the main approaches for the formation of innovative economy and innovative activity of the subjects of the Russian Federation. Besides, the main innovative models of the economic development are formulated. And some practical conclusions for solving innovative tasks are also suggested.

Integrated innovation policy aimed at the creation and implementation of innovative processes, significantly increases the flow of investment in the company. Today, the most important task for the companies are associated with an increase in innovative activity, the solution of which gives an opportunity to lay the foundation of competitive enterprise. This article discusses these questions, the answers to which are important for future economic development. And the impact of innovation on the development of industrial production, which has been investigated by the author in the sample survey of industrial enterprises.

The paper is based on the master's work “Management branding territory as a factor of development the municipality (on the example of the municipality “Pristensky area of the Kursk Region”). The main provision of the paper is to expose the problems of social infrastructure development with the help of regional branding. One way to combat the high rate of socio-economic indicators of development territories is the presence of the brand territory, as an interesting brand site attracts diverse investors wishing to invest their funds in order to profit. In modern society, a strong, stable and attractive brand territory accompanied by the development of social infrastructure. The paper examines the value that has a territorial brand in social infrastructure, and the available link between the project site branding and marketing infrastructure.

Abstract the Article is devoted to the issues of the functioning of the market of housing and communal services and the development of a competitive environment in the housing sector, as in the Krasnodar region and in the whole country. The author examines ways of improving the quality of housing and communal services to enhance competition in the industry.
