Essentially new requirements are imposed to labor in contemporary conditions: readiness of the worker for the process of continuous professional growth, specialization of the worker connected with the develop-ment of several specialties and even professions; professional mobility, readiness of the worker according to labor market requirements to master a new profession and to apprehend changes as a normal mode of contemporary production. The author touches upon the violations of requirements for workers’ professional development.
The study of the subjects of labor law is an important step toward understanding the structure of labor relations, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties involved. These subjects play a key role in the formation and development of labor legislation, as well as in ensuring the rights of employees and employers. This article examines the main categories of subjects of labor law, their functions, and their influence on labor relations.
This work is devoted to the study of ethics in labor law and labor relations. In the context of globalization and changing social values, ethical standards are becoming key to the formation of fair and sustainable labor practices. The work analyzes the basic principles of ethics, such as fairness, respect, honesty and responsibility, and their impact on professional culture and social responsibility. Practical recommendations on the implementation of ethical standards in the daily practice of organizations are also considered, which helps to increase employee satisfaction and reduce staff turnover.
