In this paper the author considers the provision of an acceptable quality of life, which is an important task of the state, as in the Russian Federation slant on the quality of life is supported by constitutional, "the Russian Federation - the welfare state, which is aimed at creating conditions for a dignified life and free formation of the person." The author draws attention to the conditions for the development of all forms of activity - forms of communication, such as: festivals, rallies, town festivals, etc. creates improving the urban environment... This increased activity in the city is characterized by the environmental parameters of the city as security, performance and aesthetic street furniture that are protected. Location of industrial production in the city, the lack of parking, use of urban and private vehicles, leading to "capture" of public areas - lawns, yards, sidewalks, parks, playgrounds, to the deterioration of the ecological status of air pollution residential areas, create an unfavorable background noise. Under the conditions of domination of the built environment and limited dialogue with the nature of great importance for the city's population become "green zone," which are one of the natural factors that can reduce the pollution load on the environment.

The study of the structure of the green frame of Tobolsk was carried out Greening activities carried out in the city in 2020 were studied. The features of the development of the green frame and the location of the greening zones on the territory of Tobolsk were identified.
