This article analyzes the technological approach to the understanding and realisation of innovation. This article is devoted to the urgent issues of Russian health care problems and ways to solve them through the improvement of public administration in this area. Improving public administration in the health care system, both in the field of diseases prevention and treatment and in the field of socio-economic development of health care institutions, will contribute to the improvement of the work quality, as well as to the increase of citizens’ life expectancy and their health strengthening.
