This article examines the main stages of the formation of legal culture in Russian society from ancient times to the present. Their comprehensive analysis is provided, and the characteristics of the features and difficulties in the process of forming a legal culture at the present stage of the development of the Russian state are revealed.

The essential conditions for organizing effective interaction within cultural and creative activities are: treating the child as a subject of life, capable of cultural creativity and self-development; treating the teacher as a mediator between the child and culture, capable of introducing them to the world of culture and supporting the child's individual self-determination within a world of cultural values; treating education as a cultural process driven by personal meanings, dialogue, and cooperation among its participants in achieving their cultural self-development goals; treating the educational system as a holistic cultural and educational space where children and adults collaborate, recreating cultural models, where cultural events take place, and where culture is created and cultivated.
