This scientific article describes the development of the national project «Culture» and the impact that creative influence has on subjects. The main tasks and what primarily highlights the attention. The study consists of a number of significant aspects: Infrastructure development, preservation of cultural heritage, cultural education, main events and interaction with society. The Culture project undoubtedly has a positive impact on the development of the nation and social interaction.
